​This is the driving principle behind our business and influences the products we make, the ingredients we use, the relationships with our customers and suppliers, the packaging we use and the many choices we make in the day to day running of our business.

Kind to People

• full and honest information on our website so that customers can make informed decisions.
• We comply with all cosmetics legislation and our products have all been safety tested and hold a Cosmetic Product Safety Report. This brings peace of mind that everything is safe to use.
• supplying customers with good quality products with realistic prices.
• efficient customer service, responding quickly to queries and seeking prompt resolutions to problems.
• friendly and solution focused relationships with customers.
• buying fairly traded ingredients & products where possible in order to support the producers / growers with fair prices and conditions.
• our products are organic or predominantly organic, made from ingredients that are grown without the use of GMOs, synthetic fertilisers and herbicides thus reducing the number of chemicals that end up on the skin and get absorbed by the skin into the body.​​

Kind to Animals

• we have never and will never use any animal ingredients or animal derived ingredients in our products. As committed vegans we do our very best to ensure that not only the products we make, but also the products and processes we use in the business are vegan friendly.
• none of our products has ever or will ever be tested on animals by us or on behalf of us. We are also careful to buy ingredients for our products which have not been tested on animals, from suppliers who do not test on animals or commission tests to be carried out by a 3rd party. 
• we are certified by PETA as Global animal test-free and vegan.
• ​we are endorsed by Naturewatch Foundation as Cruelty Free.​
• our products are organic or predominantly organic. Organic ingredients are grown without GMOs, synthetic fertilisers and herbicides on farms where wildlife and biodiversity is protected.

Kind to Planet

• our products contain only natural ingredients, with no use of artificial preservatives, fragrances, colours etc which can damage the environment.
• we use organic ingredients where possible which reduces the risk of environmental pollution.
• our cosmetic products are all biodegradable. 
• Our product packaging is compostable / recyclable and we run a return scheme for our glass bottles and jars.

• we seek out companies that are selling ingredients / products which have been produced in a sustainable way.
• we avoid plastic wherever possible to reduce plastic pollution which has a devastating affect on our environment, particularly in our oceans
