Bristles are made of nylon called Polyamide 610. This is a type of plastic which is made from 60% Castor Bean oil. It can't be recycled so when your toothbrush has reached the end of its life, break or cut off the head and dispose in normal household waste.
The bamboo handle can be composted, put in the garden waste bin - or used in the garden as a plant marker.
