If you are using this product for the first time, we recommend that you do a patch test by putting a small amount on your inner arm and leaving for 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not use around eyes or mucous membranes.
Keep out of direct sunlight. This cream will melt in high temperatures so if the weather is very hot, it's best to keep it in the fridge. If it melts and solidifies again the texture may change but it will be perfectly good to use.
Our creams come in glass jars with aluminium lids and are fully recyclable. They will be sent to you in re-used cardboard packaging. We use paper tape to fasten the parcel but there may be some plastic sticky tape on the box from its previous life. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
