At the heart of our business is a simple belief: good soap should do good. Over the years, we’ve always aimed to support local initiatives, animal sanctuaries, and global causes that make a real difference in the world.
Everyday Impact with B1G1
In January 2022, we were thrilled to join B1G1 (Business for Good) to embed giving directly into our everyday work. Thanks to our wonderful customers, every single interaction with our business now creates a meaningful, life-changing impact around the world:
Place an online order: We provide 30 days of access to life-saving clean water to families in Ethiopia.
Leave a review (on Facebook, Google, or our website): We provide 1 day of training in sustainable farming practices to a farmer in Madagascar.
Sign up for our newsletter: We plant 1 tree to help restore forest cover in India.
Place a trade order: We provide 2 nourishing meals to vulnerable children in Kenya.

Paws, Hooves & Healing: Animal Sanctuaries
Animal welfare is exceptionally close to our hearts. We regularly donate soap gift sets and products for fundraising auctions to support Scottish animal sanctuaries and charities, including: Willows Animal Sanctuary, Tribe Animal Sanctuary, Ananda Animal Sanctuary and OneKind.
Our support also reaches overseas to Angels Farm Sanctuary near Izmir, Turkey - Haluk's hometown. As Turkey’s largest animal shelter, Angels Farm gives refuge, medical treatment, and care to abandoned and mistreated animals of all species, as well as rescuing animals from disaster zones like wildfires and earthquakes.
Supporting Our Local Roots
Local community and sustainability remain at our core. During the pandemic, we donated soap to Ninewells Hospital for patient and staff wellbeing bags, as well as gifting soap to the dedicated volunteers who kept our Kirriemuir community fed and supported.
Over the years, we’ve also supported local community efforts like the Kirriemuir Food Hub and Sustainable Kirriemuir through donations, volunteering, and hosting educational talks on natural soapmaking and plastic-free living.
To keep things local and eco-friendly, we continue to offer free delivery to Kirriemuir, Glamis and Forfar.
