What a great combination! The pure fresh smell of Lime essential oil in this soap adds some "zing" to the sultry, earthy scent of patchouli.
This is such a favourite!! Fresh and earthy and wonderful to use in the shower.
It contains ingredients which can be beneficial for different reasons.
Lime essential oil has great cleansing properties and can be beneficial to those with inflammatory skin conditions such as acne or psoriasis.
Patchouli essential oil also has anti-inflammatory properties and has many other benefits for your skin and it is said to to be good for acne, eczema, dandruff and even wrinkles!
Both oils are known to have a very positive effect on your mood, leaving you feeling positive and relaxed. We use Rooibos Tea in our recipe to create the rich, earthy colour and because it is such a skin friendly plant, reputed to have anti-aging effects - no promises here though!!
Contains Organic unrefined Shea Butter to further nourish the skin.

Available naked or wrapped in handmade coloured paper with a recycled white label.
Appearance of the soap / wrapping may differ from the photos due to the natural ingredients and availability of paper.
Naked soap will be wrapped in some paper. Your order will arrive in re-used, plastic free packaging. We use paper tape to fasten the parcel but there may sometimes be some plastic sticky tape on the box from its previous life.
This soap is fully biodegradable and the packaging can be composted / recycled. If you are wondering what to do with those pesky little bits of soap that are always left when you've nearly finished the soap, how about collecting them in a little pot or bag and then using them in a a soap saver bag in the shower instead of a sponge?

Ingredients (approx 70% Organic): Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Sodium Olivate), Organic Coconut Oil (Sodium Cocoate), Organic Palm Oil – Fair Trade & Sustainable (Sodium Palmate), Organic Unrefined Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii), Aqua, Organic Rhooibos leaves (Aspalathus Linearis), Lime Essential Oil (Citrus Aurantifolia), Patchouli Essential Oil (Pogostemon cablin), [Linalool*, Limonene*, Geraniol*, Citral*] The ingredients marked * are naturally occurring components of essential oils.

Firstly, I must say that I have always recoiled at the smell of patchouli. I don't know what spell Haluk casts when making this - but it works; this soap smells amazing! It is also excellent at keeping my skin soft and blemish-free. It has become one of my very favourite favourites of the many Black Cat Soaphouse products I've now been using for several years. Whether you like patchouli, or not, I definitely recommend that you try this soap.

I purchased this for my husband as he loves the scent of patchouli and is always on the lookout for products without any nasties in them. He loves the scent and uses the soap when bathing. The soap is perfect as it doesn�t just all go mushy and melt away in the bath water, so is long lasting and does the job well.

Patchouli is a favourite of mine, often other soap manufacturers get it wrong but this blend works very well, long lasting, memories of India.....Will definitely purchase again...try it, I'm sure you will become 'hooked' like I am!!!
